Board of Directors:

The President:

MR.  EMMANUEL  O  N   IBRU –  DIRECTOR/PRESIDENT

An Executive Director of  the IBRU ORGANISATION, a private indigenous conglomerate with interests in Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Trading, Property Development, Banking, Hotels and Tourism, among others.

He is Founder and President of A.S Racines Football Club of Lagos competing in the Nigerian National Amateur Division 2 League.  He is also Chairman of 2E Sports Management Agency Limited, a foremost Sports Agency and consulting firm based in Lagos, and also HUMMEL-SPORTS WEST AFRICA LIMITED which holds the Distributive Rights for Hummel products in the West African sub-region.

A former member of the Executive Board of the Nigerian Football Association (NFA) and former Board Member of the Nigerian Squash Racquets Association (NSRA).

BARRISTER  MATTHEW  O.  CHIEDU – DIRECTOR/VICE-PRESIDENT

Barrister Chiedu is a Legal Practitioner. He was the Legal Adviser/Secretary

to the Board of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

He was also a Director of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Co. Plc

(NAHCO). He is presently the Principal Partner of the Law Firm

MATTHEW O. CHIEDU & CO., Director of Jolly Juice Nig. Limited and Chairman, O'Matt Enterprises Limited.

MR.   JOSEPH  OLADIPO ADEYEMI – DIRECTOR/FINANCIAL  SECRETARY 
A B.Sc. in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Masters in Business Administration

Degrees holder,  was at different times, a Lecturer.  Worked as Programmer/Systems Analyst

at NEPA, Business Systems Analyst with Texaco Overseas (Nig.) Petroleum Co. Limited

and Deputy Manager, Computer & Information Systems Department of the Kaduna

Refining and Petrochemical Co. Limited.  He is now the Founder and

Managing Director of MULTI-LINKS  VENTURES  LIMITED.

MR. UZO  EBEJUO –DIRECTOR/ TREASURER 
A  former Banker with the UBA Plc. and Fidelity Merchant Bank Limited,

is now the Chairman and Managing Director of UZO  CHINYERE UJEMU & CO

. – a company which is into freight operations and Haulage Management in

the air and sea ports of the country.  He is also into general maritime services and consulting.

 

MR.  BASIL  C. IWUCHUKWU – DIRECTOR/PUBLIC  RELATIONS  OFFICER

A law graduate of the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil, he lived and workedwith many

companies in Brazil for over 15 years before returning to Nigeria to set up his own

company – BAS (NIG.) ENTERPRISES LIMITED.

He is now a businessman  representing  some Brazilian companies.

He is also into politics, having ran for the Lagos State House of Assembly

(Surulere Constituency II) under the Democratic Peoples Party in 2007.

AMBASSADOR  KAYODE  GARRICK – DIRECTOR:

Kayode Garrick was Nigeria’s Ambassador to Brazil from 2005 to 2010,

and was concurrently accredited to Bolivia and Paraguay.  He was awarded

the Grand Cross of the Order of Rio Branco by the Brazilian Government,in recognition

of his contribution to the growth of Brazil-Nigeria relations.

His diplomatic career included a five year stint as the Minister for Economic and Commercial Affairs at

the Nigerian Embassy in Washington. Ambassador Garrick retired from the Foreign Service in 2010 and is currently a Director of South Strategy Consulting.

RAYMOND  I.  DIBIE  - DIRECTOR/EXECUTIVE  SECRETARY 
Until November 2006, he was the Personal Assistant to the Brazilian Ambassador to Nigeria.

He  served many Brazilian Ambassadors to Nigeria in that capacity.

Before joining the Brazilian Embassy in 1991, he had worked with many other companies,

including Petrobras Comercio Internacional S.A.-Interbras,  as the Executive Secretary.

He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of  Public Relations and the Nigerian Institute of  Administrative Management.
